    A bridal (wedding) consultant is a professional whose training, expertise and contacts will help make your wedding as close to perfect as it possibly can be and let you relax (as much as you can) and enjoy your wedding.

    What will you do for me?

    In addition to helping make your wedding dreams come true within your budget, we will save you time. With today's hectic lifestyles , many bridal couples and their families do not have the time for the detailed planning and effort that a beautiful wedding requires. We will handle the details, allowing you the freedom to spend time with your fiance, friends, and family, doing the things you enjoy. 

    Is hiring a wedding consultant necessary?

    Most couples find that they simply do not have the time necessary to visit every possible venue and vendor. Therefore, it makes sense to employ someone who can thoroughly research your ideas on your behalf. As more and more people work long hours and lead active social lives, planning a wedding can seem impossible to fit in without giving up other things that you enjoy.
    Some couples recognize that they do not have the knowledge, experience or creativity of a wedding consultant, and feel more comfortable knowing that a professional is working behind the scenes. Not only can a wedding coordinator handle many of the time consuming, stress-inducing details, she can help make the planning itself more enjoyable.

    How many hours does it take to plan a wedding?

    The average wedding can take more than two hundred fifty hours to plan. With today's hectic lifestyles, you may not have time to compare all the options and make sure all the details are in place.

    How do you charge for services?

     Our fees vary based on your exact needs. For our "Full" or "Day of" service we charge a competitively priced flat fee based upon the number of guests, complexity of your wedding, and the services you wish for us to provide, so you'll have the complete cost upfront. No surprises! Or, if only a few services are needed, we may charge per hour.


     

    Won't you want to run the whole show?

    No, we will work with you, handling as much or as little of your wedding as you want. After all, it is your wedding. We are there to help you and your family and make the day perfect.

    My banquet facility has a wedding coordinator, why do I need another one?

    The staff at your facility is particularly concerned about the services on their property. An independent consultant may start with you at home or at the church and provide continuous service to make sure all goes well.

    Do you accept commissions?

    We DO NOT accept any commission or referral fees from any of the vendors that we recommend. We refer vendors based on their reputation and quality of service. If they offer a referral fee or discount, we pass that savings on to our client.
